Officers attending this course will learn tactics, techniques and communication skills that are essential when interacting with members of the Hispanic community. The ability to verbalize and understand the body language of Spanish and Latin American cultures is an essential tool when faced with vehicle stops, arrest procedures, conducting investigations, diffusing confrontations and jail/correctional environments.
